High-Performance PVC Belt

Constructed with a durable PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) belt that offers excellent wear resistance, the system is available with either smooth or rough (grip-type) surfaces to prevent parcel slippage and is designed to support high-speed operations without compromising stability.

Adjustable Parcel Gapping

Creates consistent and precise gaps between parcels for scanning, weighing, or diverting, and can be configured through a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) or a Servo Motor Controller. Photoelectric sensors detect incoming parcels to maintain uniform spacing.

Sturdy Frame & Build

Made from Mild Steel (powder-coated) or Stainless Steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance, featuring a robust frame design that enables vibration-free operation even at high speeds. The conveyor widths are customizable to accommodate different parcel sizes.

Speed & Load Handling

Operates at speeds of up to 160 meters per minute, which can be varied through a combination of conveyor modules, and supports a load capacity of up to 175 kg/m, making it suitable for handling parcels of different weights. This makes it ideal for high-throughput environments such as e-commerce fulfilment centers.

Smart Control System

Integrated PLC-based control panel for easy operation, along with an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) that allows real-time adjustments to speed and gap settings. The system also includes safety features such as emergency stop buttons and overload protection.
